Some datasheet

Today, I looked a little bit on the gumstix datasheet to find the real data rate.

The connection between the gumstix and the FPGA can be made by the GPMC Part :

GPMC mean General Purpose Memory Controller, in fact it’s use to communicate with different type of external memory devices. But that can be fully controlled and we can adapt it to our communication with the FPGA.

We can do synchronous and asynchronous transfer.

The clock controlling GPMC is GPMC_FCLK, it’s controlled by CORE_L3_ICLK, and I’m still looking for the different values of this clock.

I think I don’t know how to find a clock frequency in a datasheet.
