Today was our first day of using Agile method. We had our first Scrum, decided the tasks that we want to accomplish for our first sprint, put them on post-its on a white board and created the corresponding issues on our Github.
I spent time working on specifications for the bootloader, Charles also joined in. After talking about it with Sam, we have reached conclusions that are the complete opposite that the ones from yesterday. The boot module will be very limited: it will just transfert the control to one of the firmwares. The firmware will be in charge of loading new software. The tricky part is to make sure that we are always able to flash, even if the user charged a corrupted firmware.
As far as personal work is concerned, I will just spend the rest of my evening on my stm32 lab session, routing the PCB.
